    Such a wonderful experience it has been to read this exciting book. I have learned so much and pledge to start my journey on Bright Line Eating! I am very excited. I will be 80 years old soon and have had major back surgeries, knee replacements, surgery on both feet, and even wrist surgery. I still hurt so much with degenerate arthritis. I need to lose at least 50 pounds! Pray for me
