    I read it through quickly not knowing what or how it fit me. 2nd time was to do assignments at my pace. 3rd time to make it work for me. I purchased book in March and use it as reference. The tapes that Joseph Cough talks about is very important to a good balance. I learned we are all different and it takes a little longer for the suggestions to start with one as another but results are same. The way I used the tapes is to each night I go to bed and first thing I do is listen to tape with total concentration. Morning before work or breakfast listen while in bed. This time is not important but I wanted as much positive input. At point I only listen to tapes without fail for 90 days my goal. I did not do any other type of self improvement reading, yoga anything. Just enjoying my tape journey. No reason to tell you of my time lines but all are different. Seems 21 days is what you have to commit to and that is only my 2 cent. You will learn to relax for sure. That might not be you goal but you will. And inow during the day work my time doing meditation. The tapes are about 30 min. so try your meditation for 5 min and work to adding 5 min a week to 30 min. Even 15 min is fantastic. Remember you have to practice to set your behavior. So after 4 months I still listen to tapes or music for meditation. Before going to sleep. I find no distraction be for sleep helps better sleep. I only sleep in the bed unless we be strokin' no books or TV. We are creatures of habit try to stick to YOUR GOALS. Joseph Clough has been a great friend and mentor. The encouragement is priceless.
